STEAM Instructor, Summer Academy
Our STEAM Instructors lead hands‑on, engaging activities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math for groups of young learners. This role is perfect for someone energetic, creative, and confident in guiding students through structured lessons and interactive challenges. You’ll help create a fun, supportive learning environment while ensuring safety and smooth program flow.
STEAM & Coding Instructor, Summer Academy
Our STEAM & Coding Instructors teach students the basics of programming, robotics, and creative problem‑solving through fun, interactive lessons. You’ll guide learners step‑by‑step while helping them build confidence with technology and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone patient, tech‑savvy, and excited to make coding accessible and engaging.
Diversifying STEAM Instructor, Haida Gwaii
Our Diversifying STEAM Instructors travel to Haida Gwaii to deliver our free programming to youth in 3 communities in Haida Gwaii, BC. We offer fun, engaging one-week long camps in that encourage youths to explore topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Design, and Mathematics (STEAM). We aim to not only enhance STEAM literacy among youths in BC, but also foster an appreciation of how science can be used to make sense of the world we live in and improve how we do things.
ADMIN POSITIONS (PREVIOUS INSTRUCTING EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET)
Head STEAM Instructor, Summer Academy
The Head Instructor oversees a team of 6–14 STEAM instructors, ensuring high‑quality program delivery and a positive team culture. This role requires strong leadership, quick decision‑making, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts throughout the day. You’ll support instructors, manage on‑the‑ground operations, and step in to solve issues as they arise.
