Program Time: 9AM - 3:30PM
Before Care: 7:45AM - 9AM (additional $50 | $40/4 day week)
After Care: 3:30PM - 5PM (additional $75 | $60/4 day week)

Ever wanted to mix your artistic creativity with functionality? Then let's dive into the world of web development and design as campers embark on a creative journey in our digital design studio. Explore the art and science of crafting captivating web experiences while mastering essential skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Learning and creating meaningful UI and adding their spin on their visual experience, creating a website showcasing your ideas and creative prowess.

Movie Magic: Lights, Camera, Science?! ($425 | $340/4 DAY WEEK)

Is everything you see on the big screen just smoke and mirrors or is there some scientific basis behind the scenes you see? Come behind the scenes to determine the magic behind all your favourite movies, such as the special effects and camera tricks to make your cinema experience feel real.
tabletop tinkerers ($425)

Bored games? No, it’s board games! In this camp campers will learn about the design processes when designing games. What makes a game fun, where does play start and stop and how does probability add or take away from game design. Discover the world behind game design and game theory and try your hand at building one yourself, are the cards in your favour?

Do you have what it takes to make a game? Ever wonder what process takes to create your favourite games? Come learn about how games are created through instructor-guided workshops, hands-on practices and an opportunity to create their own games, participating in a mini Science AL!VE game jam of their own. Working through topics like UI/UX, environmental design, physics manipulation and more! Come join and see what the world of gamedev has in store for you!

The Fast and the Curious ($425)

Rev your engine and strap yourself in, we’re going to be zooming to the finish line. You will be exploring the different physical systems and forces that all revolve around automobiles. Each day you will accelerate into the processes and physical properties when it comes to designing a new car. What is friction? What is drag? What does Vin diesel mean when he says “There’s nothing stronger than family”?
